MSM Consulting Services and Fulfillment Policy

Refund Policy

MSM Consulting Services offers refunds under the following conditions:

  1. Licensure and Accreditation Services: Refunds are available if services have not commenced. A written refund request must be submitted within 14 days of payment.
  2. Clinical Consulting Services: Refunds may be issued if the initial consultation or deliverables are not provided within the agreed timeframe due to delays caused by MSM Consulting.
  3. Billing and Credentialing Services: Refunds will not be issued once the credentialing or billing process has started unless MSM Consulting is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to unforeseen circumstances.
  4. All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@msmconsultingservices.com with proof of purchase.

Shipping or Delivery Policy

MSM Consulting Services delivers digital and physical products as follows:

  • Digital Deliverables: Reports, training materials, and certifications are delivered electronically via email or secure file sharing within the agreed timeline (typically 3-7 business days unless otherwise specified).
  • Physical Deliverables (if applicable):
    • Shipping Method: Standard shipping through USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
    • Shipping Time: 5-10 business days for domestic destinations.
    • Shipping Rates: Calculated based on the delivery address and product weight.
    • Eligible Destinations: United States and Canada.

Customers will receive a tracking number for physical shipments upon dispatch.

Return Policy and Process

MSM Consulting Services accepts returns under these conditions:

  1. Non-Consumable Goods (e.g., printed manuals, equipment):
    • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
    • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  2. Digital Products: Returns are not accepted once products are downloaded or accessed, except in the case of technical errors attributable to MSM Consulting.
  3. Return Process:
    • Contact returns@msmconsulting.com with a reason for the return and proof of purchase.
    • Upon approval, MSM Consulting will provide a return authorization number and instructions.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error by MSM Consulting.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel subscriptions or reservations under the following conditions:

  1. Subscription Services:
    • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time with a 30-day written notice via subscriptions@msmconsulting.com.
    • Refunds are prorated based on the time remaining in the current billing cycle if cancellation occurs after the service period begins.
  2. Reservations (e.g., training sessions or consulting appointments):
    • Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
    • Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance are non-refundable, but a reschedule may be offered at the discretion of MSM Consulting.
